You will notice that all Hyperlinks and bookmarks are clickable in these PDFs.
The page numbers on the tables of contents are clickable as well.

This pdf creator is awesome - how do you give such a magnificent product for free! Now no one has any excuse not to be writing their own reports and books and packaging these as pdf files.
